From June 11 to 13, 2025, Ms. Ramsha Shahab, Head of our Student Department, represented the ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL in Riga, Latvia, at the Erasmus+ Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) for the “Master Chef Simulator: Sustainable Gastronomy Through VR” project.

Hosted by the HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, this gathering brought together partners from Latvia, Türkiye, Italy, Greece, and Poland to explore innovative practices in vocational training, sustainable gastronomy, and cutting-edge virtual reality applications in education.

During the event, Ms. Shahab engaged in dynamic workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and cultural exchanges. These activities emphasized the integration of VR tools into culinary education and highlighted the critical importance of sustainability in hospitality training.

This international experience further strengthens our commitment to fostering collaboration through global partnerships and advancing forward-thinking educational practices.
