From April 21-23, our Head of Study Department, Neno Gabelia, represented ITALIAN HOSPITLAITY SCHOOL at the 2nd SAVOR project meeting in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, hosted by CIFP Hostelería LHII.

Over three action-packed days, together with partners from Lusófona University (Portugal), HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College (Latvia), and Varna University of Management (Bulgaria), we turned great ideas into reality:

1. Strategic Planning: Finalized the project’s website architecture, educational modules, and visibility strategies;
2. Zero-Waste Cooking: Dove into hands-on “Sustainable Gastronomy” and “Trash Food” (ingredient upcycling) workshops;
3. Community Building: Shared the SAVOR vision and connected with other great initiatives at the Erasmus Multiplier Event.

Beyond the hard work, exploring the vibrant Basque culture and enjoying authentic local cuisine was an unforgettable experience.
