From April 28 to 30, 2025, ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL’S board member, Konstantins (board member), participated in the Teaching, Learning and Training Activity (LTTA) held in Lamia as part of the Erasmus+ project “Master Chef Simulator: Sustainable Gastronomy Training Through VR”.
The event focused on sustainable gastronomy and environmentally friendly food practices across partner countries, including Turkey, Greece, Italy, Poland, and Latvia. Insights, research findings, and shared methodologies from all partners will contribute to the development of an innovative virtual reality (VR) application dedicated to sustainable food education.
The LTTA was hosted by SMARTS Private Company and brought together all project partners to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration within the KA220-VET framework.
