On March 24 – 28 2025, Ms. Giulia Trojano, lecturer at the Italian Hospitality School, attended the CB-VET Plus methodological workshop held in Riga.
The workshop, coordinated by HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College, focused on “Green Skills for Twin Transition: Embedding ESDGC in Curricula and Teaching & Learning Processes” under the Erasmus+ CB-VET Plus project (No. 101129249).
Ms. Giulia contributed by presenting “Best Practices and Examples of Embedding Green Skills in Italy,” sharing valuable insights and real examples of integrating sustainability into hospitality and VET education.
The event included diverse lectures, knowledge-sharing sessions, and field visits to explore real-life sustainable practices in the hospitality sector.
