Receptionists are capable of greeting guests in the accommodation premises, performing booking, check-in, check-out and safety operations, as well as providing information about the internal and external services of the hospitality-related enterprise.

Certification

1. Learning formalization document, indicating the number of hours of actual attendance: Professional qualification certificate issued pursuant to Legislative Decree 13/13
2. Conditions for admission to the final exam: attendance of at least 80% of the total hours of the training (180 hours). Admission to the final exam is allowed even after attending at least 70% of the total hours of the training course (160 hours), subject to the favourable opinion – documented – of the teachers / trainers board
