Qualification description: The Catering Operator – cook’s assistant works in the catering sector, focusing in particular on the production of semi-finished products and on supporting the cook (chef) in the preparation of finished dishes. He also manages the cleaning and sanitization of the equipment, the storage and conservation of raw materials.

A pre-condition for final examination and certification is an attendance of at least 80% of the total hours of the training (400 hours)

General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level)
For studies in English only: English language proficiency at pre-intermediate level corresponding to European Council level A2 or higher
Valid residence permit for Non-EU citizens
