Students have begun their internship in Italian hotels
In order to improve their practical knowledge and to gain necessary skills from work experience. A crucial part of a professional’s skills, abilities and competences are developed during work, that is the reason why internship is a mandatory part of our study programmes. Many students are getting support from the Erasmus+ mobility programmes.
“Learning by doing” can make your career path in hospitality much more prospective, as employers rate work experience above all else. ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL aims to make students work-ready and prepare them with the appropriate skills to face the real work environment challenges. Work-readiness can be achieved only through extensive practical application of the theoretical knowledge gained through the studying process. On-the-job learning helps students to develop very crucial personal and professional skills – both soft and hard, as well as to identify the areas that need improvements and come up with the future self-development plan.
Students can choose between the departments of the hotel, where they would like to have their internship placements – Front Office, Food and Beverage Department, Housekeeping Department and others.
