The SAVOR KA220 Erasmus+ project officially launched with its first Transnational Project Meeting 🎉 , held in Lisbon from 26–29 January and hosted by Universidade Lusófona.
Partners from CIFP Hostelería Gamarra (Spain), Lusófona University (Portugal), Italian Hospitality School (Italy), HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College (Latvia), Varna University of Management (Bulgaria), together with EIT Food CLC South, gathered to align on the next steps of this innovative initiative.
Our Head of Study Department, Neno Gabelia, joined partners in Lisbon to shape the project’s next steps in sustainable gastronomy and food‑waste reduction.
