From March 18-22, 2024, we spent a great time together with our partners from CEPA Giner de los Ríos – Don Benito (Spain) in the framework of the project “Art and Gastronomy, working with New Technologies”, project No. 2023-1-ES01-KA122-ADU-000136875.
We started with fascinating lectures on the similarities and dissimilarities of culinary regions in Italy.
Then, we embarked on culinary tours, indulging in the flavors of different regional foods while exploring iconic sights like Closseo, Foro Romano, and Trevi Fountain. But the highlight of the programme was definitely the marvelous masterclass on making fresh pasta! We even visited the vibrant Trastevere neighborhood and its bustling street market to handpick ingredients for our cooking class. And to top it all off, we enjoyed a scrumptious gala lunch.
