• Hands-on cooking class focusing on Latvian and Russian cuisines, promoting sustainability in gastronomy.
• Sustainable Hospitality Digitalisation
• Introduction to digital innovation and AI-driven technologies shaping the future of hospitality.
• Cultural Immersion
• Visits to Latvian museums showcasing the country’s rich history and heritage.
• Supply Chain Management in Hospitality
• Engaged in advanced sessions and presented improvement proposals for the supply chain operations of Wellton Riverside Hotel & Spa, Riga.
• Hotel Management Software (Opera PMS)
• Gained practical knowledge in reservation systems and AI integration in hotel operations.
• Cultural Programmes
• Visited the Latvian National Library and attended a significant national event featuring the President of Latvia.
• Visit to Grand Hotel Kempinski
• Explored innovation and optimization of supply chains in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Hospitality Marketing
• Developed a creative photo storytelling presentation based on Première Classe Hotel, Paris.
• Revenue Management Research
• Conducted an in-depth study on the revenue strategies of Mercure Centre Riga.
