Violeta and Dan, two awesome adult learners from Italian Hospitality School embarked on an incredible adventure with the Erasmus+ program. They flew all the way to Hotel Management College Riga, Latvia to explore the world of hospitality and culinary arts!

During their time at the college, they dived into an intensive course on responsible Culinary Arts, sharpened their green skills, brushed up on their English, and even learned a bit of Latvian!
