Our one more Erasmus + project is going to end soon and we are so excited to share with you our adult learners experience from Riga, Latvia.

From June 2023, our adult learners, went on individual learning mobility to Riga, to enhance English language skills, improve digital and green skills, and increase their knowledge about cooking with no waste.

During their mobility at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College they improved:

• Professional English for Hospitality at intermediate level
• Latvian language at beginner level
• Examined sustainable resourcing in commercial kitchens and the implications this has for developing a sustainable supply chain
• Learned the application of no-leftover cooking methods in modern gastronomy of Nordic and Baltic countries

As for a free time activities they explored the magnificent cultural heritage of Riga.

All individual adult learner mobility was co-financed by the European Union in the framework of the project No. 2022-1-IT02-KA122-ADU-000080068.
