Qualification description: The Tourist Accommodation Services Technician is able to define and promote a competitive accommodation offer, and ensure the effective communication and coordination for provision of high quality accommodation services thus achieving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualification level: Level 5 of European Qualification framework

Certification:
- Certificate of attendance – Professional qualification certificate issued pursuant to Legislative Decree 13/13
- A pre-condition for final examination and certification is an attendance of at least 80% of the total hours of the training (336 hours)
Admission requirements:
- General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)
- For studies in English only: English language proficiency at intermediate level corresponding to European Council level B1 or higher
- Valid residence permit for Non-EU citizens
