A Chef from ITALIAN HOSPITALITY SCHOOL hosts masterclasses in Riga, Latvia
In March 2023, a Chef from Italian Hospitality School, Cristhian Scorrano, joined our Erasmus+ project No. 2021-1-IT01-KA122-VET-000017760 in Riga, Latvia, for a teaching assignment. It was a special and unique opportunity for him to teach Italian traditional food at HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College to an international group of students, sharing with them the basis of Mindful Cooking and Eating, and the various opportunities to cook in Erasmus+ projects.
Mr. Scorrano also organized a multi-sensory dining experience that not only offered a very special taste of Scandinavian gastronomy, but also uncovered elements of local history and culture.
